Hannah’s mom got in touch me when she was very pregnant, she wanted to have some professional photos of her little baby girl and she was so looking forward that she had already some pretty handmade hair accessories and diaper covers to use as props in the photos.
So the day came and luckily the light was perfect since they have a great light filled living room and it was an almost sunny autumn day.
This beautiful newborn baby girl got hungry very quick so we had to stop several times and it was a long session but once she was milk happy it was easy to work with and we ended up with a lot of good shots.
We also made some photos with their cute dog Lola, very protective and very photogenic too.
So congratulations to this new lovely family.

The Four Seasons Session

This was a wonderful family that has this great idea on mind, each kid was born in a different season so they wanted to represent that. Thinking about how to do it I remembered some photos I’ve seen on the web where they used chalk props and I thought it was the best thing to do, easy, fun and original. The family liked the idea and the kids were amused by it and they behaved woderfully.

And then one day you search for the light and start forgetting about the shadows and darkness, and that’s something one should never do, because they are there and the make life more interesting. Aren’t they?

The Umbrella Session

I often go to a second hand/antique shop to take a look around. I spend a lot of time among all those forgotten things, old wedding portraits, vintage sofas, 70′s records….you could find anything! But today I found this umbrella…and my daughter fell in love with it so we waited until clouds were gone and we took advantage of the last ray of light of the day.

Holy Communion Season

My favorite time of the day to shoot is at 5/6pm, you get that magic golden light.
I’m not going to tell you “Smile!”. Just chill out, have fun.
